Guidelines for using the graphics
Please follow the guidelines below when using the graphics:
- Use only the approved digital graphics. Do not re-create graphics in part or whole.
- Do not distort the graphics - always scale them proportionately. Height and width ratios have been provided for ease of reference.
- Do not enlarge or reduce a graphic so far as to visibly reduce its quality. Higher resolution images can be provided on request.
- Never place any graphic devices around the logo (such as a holding box) that could be interpreted as part of the logo. Both a positive and negative version of the logo are provided for use on light and dark backgrounds respectively.
- Please inform us if you will be distributing the graphics to over 100 people a month.
Usage policy
The Find an EcoHome.co.uk logo and other images provided on this page for download (the 'graphics') are a valuable part of the company's brand and the purpose of this policy is to protect their value.
The graphics may not be used in any of the following ways without express written permission from one of the partners:
- On any product
- In any manner that we consider, at our sole discretion, discredits Find an EcoHome.co.uk or tarnishes its reputation and/or goodwill
- Is false or misleading
- Violates any law, regulations, or other public policy
- Mischaracterises the relationship between Find an EcoHome.co.uk and the user, including but not limited to any use of the graphics that might be reasonably construed as an endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or certification of the user, the user's business, organisation, products or services; or that might be reasonably construed as support or encouragement to purchase or utilise the user's products or services
The graphics shall remain at all times the sole and exclusive property intellectual property of Find an Ecohome.co.uk, and no rights are created by their use.
Without further notice, Find an EcoHome.co.uk reserves the right to prohibit use of the graphics if it determine, at its sole discretion, that a user's usage of the graphics is incompatible with this usage policy.
